THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY

1-Don't let rule keeping blind you to human need-

2-Jesus showed the Pharisees that they were more loyal to their religious system than to God-

3-Often Jesus' work is quiet and happens according to his timing, not ours-

4-People swear using the name of God or Jesus but not using the name "Holy Spirit"-

5-It is impossible to be neutral about Jesus.  Anyone who is not actively following him has chosen to reject him-

 

STRANGE THOUGHT

I live in a country in which you can be arrested for fishing without a license, but not for entering the country illegally-

 

I'VE LEARNED

You can't recycle wasted time-

 

DID YOU KNOW

A top freestyle swimmer achieves a speed of only four mph.  Fish, in contrast have been clocked at sixty eight mph-

2 Timothy 2:11-13  

If we died with him, we will also live with him.

    Because he must be true to who he is.

Father, thank you for your faithfulness to me-

 

MAY YOU HAVE ENOUGH HAPPINESS TO MAKE YOU SWEET, ENOUGH TRIALS TO MAKE YOU STRONG, ENOUGH SORROW TO KEEP YOU HUMAN AND ENOUGH HOPE TO MAKE YOU HAPPY-
