Monday September 22, 2008 thought for the day

HERE'S LOOKING AT YOU!!!!

IT'S SO GOOD TO BE BACK HOME AGAIN-ENJOYED THE TIME AWAY BUT THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME, IS THERE?

Here are my thoughts for today-
1-Live an honorable life, for when you get older and think back you can enjoy it a second time-
2-In disagreements with those you love, deal only with the present-don't bring up the past-
3-The best relationship is one in which your love for each other exceeds your need for each other-
4-Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it-
5-If you risk nothing you risk everything-

Strange thought-How long a minute is depends on which side of the bathroom door you are on-

I've learned-people are in such a hurry to get to the "good life" that they often rush right by it-

5 things I want to know
1-Could the Catholic Church have destroyed other authentic gospels when compiling the Bible books?
2-Why is the Bible not specifically clear on so many of life's issues?
3-Why is the Bible silent on the issue of racial slavery?
4-What is ministry?
5-Is it wrong to ask God for confirmation on an issue?

Scripture for today-“If you think you are too important to help someone in need, you are only fooling yourself. You are really a nobody” (Galatians 6:3 NLT).

I wish you a day filled with love, laughter, forgiveness and thanksgiving-jasper
