Saturday September 27, 2008 thought for the day

AREN'T WE GLAD FOR DRIVE THROUGHS??
Here are my thoughts for today-
1-Compassion-love in action-
2-There is no right time to do the wrong thing-
3-The temptation in managing people is to use them rather than develop them-
4-Whoever sows sparingly will reap sparingly and whoever sows generously will reap generously-
5-The amount or percentage someone gives to God is not the real issue-what is critical is the
givers attitude-

Strange thought-the older you get, the older old is-

I've learned-if you wish to do business with honest people, you must be an honest person-

5 things I want to know
1- Did Jesus not have the Holy Spirit in his life before his baptism?
2-How do we know the Gospels are 100% accurate since they were written 50-100 years after
the events happened?
3-Why do we admire people in positions of great authority?
4-Why does power and authority corrupt the individual?
5-Why did peter not want Jesus to wash his feet?

Scripture for today-So be careful how you live, not as fools but as those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity for doing good in these evil days. Don’t act thoughtlessly, but try to understand what the Lord wants you to do. Ephesians 5:15-17 (NLT)

I wish you a day filled with love, laughter, forgiveness and thanksgiving-jasper
