2-It is never too late to live happily ever after-
3-You are on God's most wanted list-
4-Calvary is where justice stepped aside and mercy met grace-

STRANGE THOUGHT-Life's golden age is when the kids are too old for a babysitter and too young to borrow the family car-

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-At Jesus' crucifixion, darkness covered the land for three hours.  Was this a dark cloud cover or a miraculous sun stopper event?
2-Who was crucified first, Jesus or the two criminals?
3-Why didn't Jesus die from the shock of pain or the losing of blood in his beating with a whip?
4-How many lashings did Jesus receive in his beatings?
5-Why is Luke the only gospel writer who tells the story of the road to Emmaus event?

BIBLE TRIVIA-What priest announced that Jesus should die because it was appropriate for one man to die for the people?
Yesterday's answer-a divorcee   Ezekiel 44:22

SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY     Luke 9:19-21
Saul stayed with the followers of Jesus in Damascus for a few days. 20 Soon he began to preach about Jesus in the synagogues, saying, “Jesus is the Son of God.”
21 All the people who heard him were amazed. They said, “This is the man who was in Jerusalem trying to destroy those who trust in this name! He came here to arrest the followers of Jesus and take them back to the leading priests.”

PRAYER FOR TODAY
Praying manFather, we want to be a people whose hearts and minds are One with Yours. Through our diligent study and application of Your Living Word our thoughts and attitudes are formed. Keep us faithful to the Truth of Your knowledge. We stand in firm opposition to the world’s substitutes; the acceptance, condoning, and celebration of what You describe as sin. The world may dress it up, even make it appealing, and cover up the disastrous results it brings on the individual, his or her family and society at large.  Help us to read, retain and regard Your knowledge as our pattern for life. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

LIVE SIMPLY! LOVE GENEROUSLY! CARE DEEPLY! SPEAK KINDLY! LEAVE THE REST WITH GOD!!
