Monday July 7, 2008 thought for the day

"A BEAUTIFUL GARDEN ENTRANCE"
Here are my thoughts for today-
1-Love-the word used to describe the sexual excitement of the young, the contentment of the middle aged, and the dependence of the old-
2-You can't be lonely if you like the person you're alone with-
3-A hug is like a boomerang, you get it back right away-
4-We are not human beings having a spiritual experience, we are spiritual beings having a human experience-
5-The finish line is the beginning of a whole new race-

Strange thought-without the resistance of gravity, we could not walk-

I've learned-it is very satisfying to work hard at work that is worth doing-

5 things I want to know
1-What is God's purpose in Christians having wealth?
2-Should we give to get our needs met or give just because there is a need?
3-Is giving to get back a valid or erroneous concept?
4-Can you have a lot of wealth and not be blessed?
5-Was it Jesus's birth, death or resurrection that offers us salvation?

Scripture for today-When will you ever learn that “believing” is useless without doing what God wants you to? Faith that does not result in good deeds is not real faith. James 2:20 (LB)

I wish you a day filled with love, laughter, forgiveness and thanksgiving-jasper
