Saturday August 9, 2008 thought for the day

HERE IS ANOTHER HUNGRY MAN!!
Here are my thoughts for today
1-Beware of still waters, a still dog and a still enemy-
2-The truth is not always what we want to hear-
3-Too humble is half proud-
4-When you want people to think you are wise, agree with them-
5-Friends are needed for both joy and for sorrow-

Strange thought-if God had wanted us to vote He would have given us good candidates-

I've learned-you can learn how good a parent you were by observing your children with their children-

5 things I want to know
1-How could thousands/millions of burnt offerings be made at one time as stated in the old testament-
2-Why is there a I and II Chronicles when much of it seems to be a retelling of previous books?
3-Where was all the gold used by Solomon from?
4-Why didn't God give Solomon a much longer life?
5-What and where are the records of Shemiah the Prophet and Iddo the Seer?

Scripture for today-See how very much our heavenly Father loves us, for he allows us to be called his children, and we really are! 1 John 3:1 (NLT)

I wish you a day filled with love, laughter, forgiveness and thanksgiving-jasper
