Sunday October 19, 2014 thought for the day

HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR THE DAYS
1-There is no such thing as an unimportant day-
2-The Bible was not given to increase our knowledge but to change our lives-
3-Even in a bad storm there is a rainbow somewhere-
4-Don't confuse simplicity and humility with weakness-
5-Faith makes things possible, not easy-

STRANGE THOUGHT-If stupidity got us into this mess, why can't it get us out?

I'VE LEARNED-Everyone is created fallible-

DID YOU KNOW-Isaac Newton was only twenty three years old when he discovered the law of universal gravitation-

5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-What kind of miraculous signs did Jesus do in Jerusalem at the passover feast?
2-Did Jesus ever baptize anyone?  If so, how many?
3-Was Jesus considered  a "religious leader"?
4-Why was Jesus considered a Rabbi?
5-Why was Jesus ministry primarily in Galilee?

BIBLE TRIVIA-What means did the Lord use to stop the Egyptian chariots?
Answer for today   He made their wheels come off   Exodus 14:23-25

SCRIPTURE FOR THE DAY     Philippians 3:7
Those things were important to me, but now I think they are worth nothing because of Christ.

PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Praying man Father, we thank You for Jesus and His compassionate approach in reaching people of all ages, all backgrounds and various ethnicities. The parables and messages He shared as the crowds gathered are life-transforming as they enlighten the hearts and minds of those who have ears to hear the truths He spoke. Likewise we too can share the life transforming message of the gospel to people in all walks of life and every derivation of sin. None is beyond the all-powerful reach of the Savior who died that we might live victoriously here and eternally in the hereafter. It is in His name that we pray. Amen.

I WISH YOU LOVE IN YOUR HEART.....PEACE IN YOUR SOUL.....AND JOY IN YOUR LIFE.....ALWAYS!!!
