Thursday December 31, 2015 thought for the day

HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
1-We appreciate what a person does but we affirm who a person is-
2-You never get a second chance to make a good first impression-
3-Give more attention to what you are becoming than what you used to be-
4-If you keep your customers happy, they will keep you in business-
5-Before you say "I can't" say "I'll try"-
STRANGE THOUGHT-Mirrors don't lie, but fortunately they do not laugh either-
I'VE LEARNED-You can have results or excuses, but not both-
DID YOU KNOW-The amount of potato chips Americans eat each year weighs six times more than the Titanic-
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-Did Adam and Eve always remember their loss of Eden?
2-Did Adam and Eve ever repent of their disobedience?
3-Did Adam and Eve ever try to make their way back to Eden?
4-Did Eve argue with the serpent?
5-Did Eve not know the serpent was evil?
BIBLE TRIVIA-This new testament passage comes from what old testament book-"Make us gods to go before us, for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we know not what is become of him"?       Acts 7:40
Answer for today     Exodus 32:1
SCRIPTURE FOR THE DAY     Luke 19:45-48
45 Jesus went into the Temple and began to throw out the people who were selling things there. 46 He said, “It is written in the Scriptures, ‘My Temple will be a house for prayer.’ But you have changed it into a ‘hideout for robbers’!”
47 Jesus taught in the Temple every day. The leading priests, the experts on the law, and some of the leaders of the people wanted to kill Jesus. 48 But they did not know how they could do it, because all the people were listening closely to him.
PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Praying man Father, in thanksgiving we lift our voices of praise from grateful hearts, as we sing songs of praise and adoration to You, our blessed King.  Whether in seasons of prosperity or in seasons of want we find Your grace sufficient to meet each one of our needs. You guide us, protect us, and You provide for us as we journey here below. Every good and perfect gift comes from Your hand.  Thank You, faithful Father! Amen.

-MAY YOU ALWAY HAVE LOVE TO SHARE, HEALTH TO SPARE AND FRIENDS THAT CARE-
