Saturday January 16, 2010 thought for the day

BRRRRRRR!!
HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS FOR TODAY
1-We are only rich through what we give away and only poor through what we keep-
2-Do not pray for tasks equal to your abilities rather pray for abilities equal to your tasks-
3-There is no happiness if the things we believe in are different from the things we do-
4-Anger is a secondary response to fear-
5-A situation may not change but a person always can-
STRANGE THOUGHT-The juice is worth the squeeze-
I'VE LEARNED-Everyone wants to live on top of the mountain, but all the happiness and growth occurs while you're climbing it-
DID YOU KNOW-Before winning the presidential election in 1860, Abraham Lincoln lost eight elections for various offices.
5 THINGS I WANT TO KNOW
1-How could God be contained in a human body?
2-Was God not himself when Jesus was in a human body?
3-How was Jesus the bridge between God and man?
4-Why was God so long in sending Jesus to earth?
5-What does it mean that Jesus was transfigured? What happened?
BIBLE TRIVIA-What king of the Amalekites was captured by Saul and cut into pieces by Samuel?
Yesterdays's answer-Abimelech (Judges 9:6)
SCRIPTURE FOR TODAY PSALM 119:97-104
97 How I love your teachings! I think about them all day long.
98 Your command makes me wiser than my enemies, because they are mine forever.
99 I am wiser than all my teacher, because I think about your rules.
100 I have more understand than the older leaders, because I follow your orders.
101 I have avoided every evil way so I could obey your word.
102 I haven't walked away from your laws, because you yourself are my teacher.
103 Your promises are sweet to me, sweeter than honey in my mouth!
104 Your orders give me understanding, so I hate lying ways.
I WISH YOU A DAY FILLED WITH LOVE, LAUGHTER, FORGIVENESS AND THANKSGIVING-JASPER
